Madhusoodanan Achari Pattukalayil vs Taluk Surveyor Kozhanchery Taluk Survey

The petitioner has approached the Taluk Surveyor by Ext.P3 for measuring and demarcating the property belongs to the petitioner based on Ext.P1 partition deed. It is on account of non consideration of Ext.P3 petitioner has approached this Court. I am of the view that Ext.P3 is not in a requisite form as prescribed under the Surveys and Boundaries Act. If the petitioner applies either in form 8 or 10 depending upon his requirement, the same shall be considered by the Taluk Surveyor, the respondent herein, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.

Writ petition is disposed of as above.
