When the petition is called out and taken up for hearing, learned advocate Mrs. Pahwa is present. Learned advocate Ms. Ami Patel for learned advocate Mr.Daksheh Mehta for respondent no.2 is present and she has submitted that having regard to the issue raised in the petition, the respondent does not have any objection if the petition is heard in final hearing on merits, particularly in view of the fact that the petitioner is relying upon the decision rendered in Special Civil Application No.4230 of 2001.
