1. This writ petition has been filed with a limited prayer for a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the Appeal No. 289/MC-2017 150031/2017-18 (Madhuri Singh Versus Sub Divisional Magistrate, Sadar, Mau filed by the petitioner on 24.12.2016 within a stipulated period of time.
2. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Appellate Authority to decide the Appeal said to be pending before him since December, 2016 as expeditiously as possible say within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
3. The writ petition is disposed off.
