The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the husband of the petitioner retired from the service and subsequently died on 28.4.2021, however, during his life time he could not receive the retiral dues to which he was entitled. It is claimed that after the death of her husband, the petitioner has filed an application for payment of retiral dues, however, no decision has been taken by the respondent no. 2.
Considering the fact that no decision has been taken since long, the present petition is disposed off with a direction upon the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no.
2 alongwith a copy of this order. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no. 2 is directed to decide the same expeditiously, preferably within a period three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
Copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court shall be treated as certified copy of this order.
