We have heard learned counsel for the parties.
The instant special appeal has been filed by the appellant-respondent against the judgment and order dated 23.10.2018 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition no.22235 of 2018 by the learned Single Judge whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the writ petition filed at the instance of the complainant before the Lokayukt, Having heard learned counsel for the parties and having perused the impugned judgment and order by which it is apparent that the appellant Madhuri Pandey is nothing but a complainant in the original matter before the Lokayukt relating to the appointment of aganbari workers and therefore the learned Single Judge has rightly rejected the writ petition and this court is not inclined to interfere in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
The special appeal is dismissed. No costs.
