Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents.
The grievance of the petitioner is that a mutation case filed by the opposite party in the year 2018, has not been disposed of, till date.
It is not in dispute that earlier petitioner ordered to be mutated over the land in question by means of a PA-11 entry.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that the respondent no. 2, Naib Tehsildar may endeavor to decide the mutation case expeditiously.
