1. On oral prayer made, learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to implead Tehsildar, Tehsil- Saidpur, District-Ghazipur, as respondent no.4, during the course of the day.
2. Solitary grievance of the petitioners appear to be that their application for mutation submitted through online mode on 20.10.2020, filed before respondent no.4- Tehsildar, Tehsil-Saidpur, District-Ghazipur, has remained pending.
3. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.4-Tehsildar, Tehsil-Saidpur, District- Ghazipur, to decide the petitioners' application, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
