On behalf of the petitioners, application dated 09.08.2021 has been moved to the effect that parties have entered into compromise. In support of the application, previously a joint affidavit dated 15.07.2021 was filed by the parties to decide the present writ petition in the light of compromise.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no cause of action survives because both the parties have inked the compromise and amicably settled their dispute out of the Court.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners.
Accordingly, present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn in the light of joint affidavit filed by the parties.
