Considered the submissions advanced by Mr.Rachh, learned advocate for the applicant. Vide order dated 2.3.2012, this Court directed that the three Criminal Misc.Applications referred in paragraph 5, which were pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Rajkot shall be transferred to the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamnagar. Mr.Rachh, learned advocate submitted that the three Criminal Misc.Applications referred in paragraph 5 in the order dated 2.3.2012 at present are not pending in the Court of learned JMFC, Rajkot, but they are pending in Family Court, Rajkot. It is submitted that, therefore, the speaking to minutes is filed.
In above view of the matter, the speaking to minutes is allowed and in paragraph 5 in the order dated 2.3.2012, in place of "which are now pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajkot" should be read as "which are now pending in the Family Court, Rajkot".
Accordingly, the speaking to minutes stands disposed of. D.S.P.
