JUDGMENT / ORDER

The revision petition is filed against the interim injunction granted in I.A.No.99 of 2017 in O.S.No.120 of 2017. PUSHPA SATHYANARAYANA.J srn
2. The suit is filed for permanent injunction. When the maintainability of the revision against the interim order of injunction is raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner represented that the order of injunction granted originally, was not extended and hence, he is not pressing the revision itself. The learned counsel for the petitioner has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
