JUDGMENT / ORDER

UNDER SPEAKING TO MINUTES The note for speaking to minutes has appeared before this Court. The parties have been referred to the High Court Mediation Centre.
However, in the meantime the impugned order which was stayed up to 16.04.2012 is required to be further stayed as was indicated on 16.04.2012 itself. Accordingly, this stay shall continue till 08.05.2012 as the High Court Mediation Centre has been directed to report the outcome of such mediation.
The matter shall be fixed on 08.05.2012. Note of Speaking to minutes is disposed of accordingly.
