1. Heard Sri Mayank Gupta, Advocate holding brief of Sri Sushil Kumar Rao, learned counsel for applicant and learned A.G.A. for State.
2. The present bail application has been moved by the accused- applicant for enlarging him on bail in Case Crime No. 354 of 2013, under Sections 498-A, 304B I.P.C. and 3/4 Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Kotwali Hata, District Kushinagar.
3. I have gone through the record and find that applicant's wife was found dead in the house of applicant. Neither applicant nor his parents were present at the residence and report was lodged by third party. Medical report shows that death is not natural. Looking to entire facts and circumstances, I do not find it a fit case for grant of bail.
4. Application is accordingly dismissed.
