Divya Ojha, Advocate holding brief of Sri Avinash Chandra Srivastava, learned counsel appearing for Respondent-Gaon Sabha, on instruction, submits that appropriate steps will be taken to expedite the proceedings initiated under Section 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 against the private respondent.
Sri Pankaj Sharma, learned counsel for petitioner has no objection if the writ petition is decided in terms of above statement.
In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the statement given by learned counsel appearing for Gaon Sabha.
