JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Shri Sheo Ram Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel for the State-Respondents.
This petition is being preferred by the petitioner for the following relief:-
"i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to allot an alternative shop/ place to the petitioner in lieu of the Shop No.9 and 10 situated at Shaukat Ali Road Civil Lines, District Rampur which has been demolished by the respondent nos.2 and 3 for widening of the Shaukat Ali Road, Rampur within the period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to refund the earnest money of the petitioner so deposited by the petitioner with the office of Respondent No.2 i.e. Rs.74,000.00 each shop with interest of 14% P.A. pendentelite and to pay Rs.5 lacs for each shop by means of loss and damages caused to the petitioner within the period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to consider and pass appropriate and speaking orders upon the representation of the petitioner dated 22.02.2019 and 13.01.2020 in accordance with law within the period so stipulated by this Hon'ble Court after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner also (Annexure Nos.5 and 6 to the writ petition)."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he is not pressing the first relief.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that for redressal of her grievance the petitioner has already represented to the authority concerned through representations dated 29.4.2016, 22.2.2019, 26.3.2019, 20.8.2019 and reminders dated 13.1.2020, 28.1.2020, 11.2.2020 and 26.2.2020 and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
The aforesaid prayer has not been objected by learned counsel for the respondents.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without adverting on the merit of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of asking the Nagar Palika Parishad, Rampur through its Executive Officer, Rampur, respondent no.2 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order, but certainly after according opportunity of hearing to all the stake holders in the matter.
The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the petitioner alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.
The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
