JUDGMENT / ORDER

Manjula Chellur, C.J.
Petitioner has approached this Court complaining inaction on the part of police in spite of bringing to their notice, threats held to him at the hands of party respondents compelling him to part with his property.
2. Learned Government Pleader submits, in spite of respondent police directing petitioner to approach them, petitioner has never visited police concerned or make enquiry into the complaint lodged by him. Even otherwise, on perusal of Exhibit P1, we find there is no acknowledgment of the same or no details are given in the Writ Petition how this document was sent whether in person or by post.
In the above facts and circumstances, we direct petitioner to approach police concerned and police shall WP(C).15491/14 2 interfere in the matter only if any law and order problem arises or attempt of any crime is intimated. They shall not interfere in civil disputes between the parties.
The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
