Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
Shri Santosh Kumar appears for second and third respondent.
The petitioner is before this Court for a direction to respondent nos.1 to 3 to pay the trained pay-scale to the petitioner as the petitioner possessed the distance BTC training and further be pleased to regularise the petitioner on her respective post under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Scheme working at Primary School of Village Bhawalkhera-Ist, Block Bhawalkhera, Distt. Shahjahanpur. It is contended that for her grievance she has already made detailed representation dated 1.2.2018 before the third respondent i.e. District Basic Education Officer, Shahjahanpur and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and with the consent, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the third respondent to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
