JUDGMENT / ORDER

This appeal has been transferred to this Court from the file of the II Additional, District Court, Coimbatore, to be heard along with A.S.No.934 of 1995.
2.It is reported by the Registry that A.S.No.934 of 1995 was dismissed for non prosecution as early as on 27.10.2010. There is no useful purpose in keeping this appeal pending. Hence, the Appeal Suit is dismissed for non prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
