The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to decide HMP No.491 of 2016, under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a stipulated period.
From the order sheet of the case it appears that the opposite party in the said proceeding is languishing in jail and therefore the matter is being adjourned.
Under the circumstances, no direction need be issued, at this stage. It is expected that the court concerned shall proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of.
