----- ORDER The quash petition has been filed by the Accused 1 and 2 to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.71/2011 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court-II, Dharmapuri, for the offence under Sections 341,294(b), 323 and 324 of IPC.

2. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first Respondent.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that during the pendency of the trial, the first accused passed away and the trial has concluded and ended in acquittal against the second accused, vide Judgment dated 29.01.2016 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dharmapuri in C.C.No.71 of 2011.
4. In view of the representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since nothing survives in the quash petition, the petition is disposed of accordingly.
