Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to demarcate the land of the petitioner on the basis of plot no. 669 area 228 sq. mts. situated in village Pure Surdas, Tehsil Phoolpur, District Allahabad.
Drawing attention to Annexure-2 to the writ petition it was submitted that a direction for demarcation has already been made by the Sub Divisional Officer, however, the same has not been carried out as on date.
From perusal of Annexure-2 to the writ petition it appears that it is in the form of representation.
Present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application as per Rule 22 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016. In case, any such application is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be considered and decided by the authority concerned preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of.
