Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The petitioner is aggrieved because the stay applications filed by him in a partition suit on 11.10.2018 and 17.06.2019 have not been decided by the trial Court.
Counsel appearing for the respondents have invited attention of the Court to the order sheet of 17.06.2019, which records that the Court has heard counsel for the parties on the stay application.
On subsequent dates, the matter has been adjourned either as the Court was not available or the counsels have been on strike.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the trial Court to pronounce the order on the stay applications, which has been heard by him on 17.06.2019 positively within a period of one week from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
Subject to the above, this writ petition stands, disposed of.
