Madhu Devi (petitionler-1) has been produced from Nari Niketan, Swaroop Nagar, Kanpur Nagar by H.C. 627 Santosh Babu, Woman Constable 4572 Jeevan and Woman Constable 3033 Neelam Gaur. According to her educational certificate her date of birth is 01.12.1997 and she is major. She states that she has voluntary married to Mohit Kumar @ Mohit Kumar Shankhwar and wants to go with him. The petitioners have also filed a Certificate of Registration of their Marriage dated 25.3.2019 issued by Marriage Registration Officer.
In view of the statement of Madhu Devi (petitioner-1)this habeas corpus writ petition is allowed. Madhu Devi (petitioner- 1) is set at liberty forthwith to go with Mohit Kumar @ Mohit Shankhwar..
