1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that both the petitioners are major. They have performed marriage in a temple. The petitioners also got their marriage registered under the U.P. Marriage Registration Rules, 2017 on 13.11.2019. A copy of the marriage certificate has been filed at page-21 of the paper book.
3. Since the petitioners are married against their parents' wishes, they are being harassed by the family members. Hence this petition.
4. This petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to approach the S.H.O., Police Station Khuldabad, District Allahabad, who shall extend all necessary help and protection to the petitioners in terms of the Government Order dated 31.08.2019.
