JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner claims to be the owner in possession of properties mentioned in Ext.P2 application. Petitioner submitted Ext.P2 application under form No.10 of the Kerala Survey and Boundaries Act.
2. In view of the statutory application as above, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to take steps to finalise fixation of boundaries as requested by the petitioner in terms of Ext.P2 within a period of two months after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and other affected persons.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
