Heard Ms Divya Ojha, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr Pradeep Kumar Tripathi, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents-State.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to the second respondent to consider his grievance, as made in representation dated 9.11.2017 (Annexure-7) within time frame. Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent-State submits that the second respondent-District Magistrate, shall consider the petitioner's representation, within a period of four weeks from today.
The writ petition is disposed of, with a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation on or before 28.03.2018 and communicate his decision to the petitioner immediately thereafter. The petitioner is directed to produce a copy of this order alongwith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures before the second respondent on or before Monday, i.e. 05.03.2018.
