The applicant, through the present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mathura to decide the Misc. Case No. 197 of 2019 (Madhav Singh vs. Gram Pradhan and others) under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., P.S. Mogorra, district-Mathura expeditiously.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. this application is finally disposed of with a direction that application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. moved by the application be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
