JUDGMENT / ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in E-2 Crime No.54/2017, which was transferred from fourth respondent.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the FIR was filed in the year 2017 and the petitioner approached the respondents on various dates to expedite the investigation but till now no action has been taken. Stating so, the learned counsel for the petitioner prayed for a direction to the respondents police to file final report within a stipulated time frame.
3. Mr.M. Mohamed Riyaz, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) takes notice for the respondents.
4. Since the matter relates to software applications, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Cr.No.54 of 2017 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
