Mr.R.M. Chauhan, learned advocate for Mr. H.S. Munshaw, learned advocate for the respondents No.1 and 2 states that the Vejalpur Nagar Palika is no longer in existence as the same has been merged with the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation.
The learned advocate for the petitioner prays for time to do the needful for impleading the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation as party respondent. At his request, the matter is adjourned.
