The appellants-original accused No.6, 7 and 8 were awarded 2 years' sentence by the Sessions Court and they were released on bail as they were ladies.
Heard learned advocate for the applicant and learned APP for the respondent-State.
Considering the fact that the applicants-original accused No. 6, 7 and 8 were on bail all through out the trial and even after conviction as also the nature of offence and sentence, the applicants-original accused No. 6, 7 and 8 are ordered to be released on bail on the same terms as they were ordered by the trial court but on their furnishing fresh bonds. Direct Service is permitted.
So far as applicants-original accused No.1 to 5 are concerned, NOTICE to the respondent is waived by Mr K P Rawal, learned APP.
Office is directed to call for R & P of Sessions Case No.19 of 2008 from the Sessions Court, Patan so as to reach this court on or before 7.9.2009. S.O to 8.9.2009.
