ORDER The plea of the petitioners is for a writ of mandamus to direct the respondent nos.1 to 3, to give effect to the orders of the Deputy Commissioner, dated 16.06.1966 and 09.02.1968, vide Annexures – B and C, respectively.
2. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents places an endorsement issued by the Tahsildar, dated 19.05.2016.
3. In view of the same nothing further survives for consideration. The writ petition is dismissed as being infructuous, with a liberty to the petitioners to challenge the said endorsement in the manner known to law.
