JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“A. Issue a Writ of Certiorari or such other appropriate Writ or Order of Direction quashing Ext.P-1 Order of eviction and the Securitisation Proceedings initiated by 1st respondent.
B. Direct 1st Respondent to prosecute OA 560/13 permitting petitioner to address his grievances before said Tribunal; and in the alternative.
C. Direct the 1st Respondent Bank to permit Petitioner to clear the dues in easy installments.”
2. When the matter came up for consideration before this Court on 27.06.2014, the following interim order was passed:
“Admit. Notice.
There shall be an interim stay of dispossession of the petitioner from the property threatened in pursuance of Ext.P1, for a period of one month, on condition of deposit of Rs.2,00,000/- (two lakhs only) within 2 weeks from today.”
3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank submits that, the condition has not been satisfied so far.

4. In the said circumstances, this Court does not find that, it is a fit case to call for interference.
Accordingly, interference is declined and the writ petition stands dismissed.
