ORDER:
Petitioner states that against order of resumption passed by the fourth respondent dated 18.01.2014, he has preferred an appeal before the third respondent.
2. Petitioner filed a copy of the grounds of appeal, which does not indicate any date or acknowledgment of the office of the third respondent. Petitioner also states that he has also filed an application for stay along with the said appeal but no orders are passed, hence, the present writ petition.
3. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the third respondent is directed to consider the appeal filed by the petitioner along with the application for stay and pass appropriate orders therein preferably on or before 26.05.2014.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
