This Criminal Petition is filed to quash proceedings in PRC.No.41 of 2011 on the file of II-Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Madanapalle, Chittoor district, concerned in Crime No.159 of 2010 of Madanapalle II-Town Police Station, registered for offences under section 302, 120-B read with section 34 of IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that according to letter received from Sub-Inspector of Police, Madanapalle II-Town Police Station, PRC.No. 41 of 2011 is registered as SC.No.73 of 2012 and the same is pending on the file of II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madanapalle and the case is posted for filing the death certificate of A-1.
4. As the PRC.No.41 of 2011 is registered as SC.No. 73 of 2012 and the same is pending trial before II-Additional District and Sessions Judge, Madanapalle, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
