The learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 4 submitted that the disputes between the parties were settled. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any instructions in the matter. We record the submission made by the learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and closed the O.P.(Wakf) accordingly. If it is found that the matter is not settled, the learned counsel for the petitioner can file a memo within a period of one month from today in which case the O.P.(Wakf) will stand restored and will be posted for orders. To facilitate the learned counsel for the petitioner to file such a memo within one month, the interim order dated 25.4.2014 shall be in force for a period of one month.
