By means of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the Original Suit no.1203 of 2017 (Madarsa Islamiya Darul Uloom, Kharobar & another Vs. Sansar Ali & others) within a stipulated time.

In view thereof, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (J.D) Kasya, Kushinagar to decide the Original Suit no.1203 of 2017 (Madarsa Islamiya Darul Uloom, Kharobar & another Vs. Sansar Ali & others) as expeditiously as possible after giving due notice and opportunity to all concerned.
