Petition under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. praying that in the circumstances stated in the memo of grounds filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to order for enlarging the Petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No. 23 of 2014 of WPS, Warangal Urban, Warangal District pending on the file of the learned Court of I Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal on such terms and conditions.
The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the Memo of Grounds filed herein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri G. Ravi Chandran, Advocate for the Petitioners and of the Public Prosecutor on behalf of respondent-State, the Court made the following
ORDER :-
“The petitioners seek for grant of anticipatory bail. The petitioners are A2 to A5. They allegedly committed matrimonial offences. Petitioners 1 and 4 who are A2 and A5 are working as police officials. Petitioners 2 and 3 are women. In view of the calling of petitioners 1 and 4 and the sex of petitioners 2 and 3 and also in view of the nature of the offences alleged against them, I consider it appropriate to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
Accordingly, this Petition is allowed. The petitioners shall surrender before the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, within two weeks from today. On such surrender, the learned I Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Warangal, shall enlarge the petitioners on bail on a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties each in a like sum to his satisfaction.”
