JUDGMENT / ORDER

The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed on telegram, sent by Madan Yadav for release of Smt. Nazma. According to the counter affidavit, the FIR of this case has been registered at P.S. Betia, Biharin case crime No. 03 of 2009, under section 366A/34 IPC. Hence the present habeas corpus petition is not maintainable. The earlier habeas corpus petition filed thourh Madan Yadav has already been dismissed.
In view of the fact no further order is required in the present petition. Accordingly, the same is hereby dismissed.
