Heard Sri Shivam Kumar, Advocate holding brief of Sri Munna Tiwari, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel and learned counsel for Gram Sabha.
The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the application filed by the Land Management Committee being Case No. 06821 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T202005440406821) under section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for exchange of land was pending and was not being decided.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the application being Case No. 06821 of 2020 (Computer Case No. T202005440406821) filed under section 101 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
With these observations/directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
