The applicant is before this Court for a direction to initiate contempt proceeding against the opposite party for wilful disobedience of the judgement and order dated 14.09.2006 passed in Writ - B No. 43006 of 2006.
From perusal of the record, it appears that either the order of the writ Court has been complied with or the applicant has lost interest in prosecuting the matter diligently.
In the circumstances, it is needless to keep this contempt application pending.
In view of the same, the present contempt application is dismissed.
