Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that the writ petition be disposed of with liberty to avail alternative remedy available under Section 41 (3) of the U.P. Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the authority concerned that in case a revision is filed within a period of two weeks, the same shall be considered on merits and while considering the issue of limitation the authority concerned may also take note of the time period during which this writ petition remained pending before this Court.
