In this contempt application non-compliance of the order dated 06.05.2019 is complained of.
Upon perusal of the order dated 06.05.2019 passed in Writ-A No.7051 of 2019 with a direction to the respondent no.1 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order.
It is submitted by the learned standing counsel that the Panchayat Raj Officer, Gorakhpur has considered the claim of the applicant regarding payment of retiral dues.
Upon perusal of the order, it transpires that the amount of retiral dues has been concluded.
Now the question is of withholding the amount. The said issue can be agitated by the applicant before the appropriate court and in an appropriate proceeding and so far as the compliance of order of this Court is concerned, I find that the order has been complied with.
In view of the above, no cause for contempt survives. Notices issued, if any, stand discharged.
The contempt application is consigned to records.
