Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has preferred present petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India inter-alia with the following prayer :-
"1. issue a writ order or direction in the nature of quashing and set aside the impugned arbitral award dated 30.01.2018, passed by sole Arbitrator Shri R. Srivastava Retd. District Judge, in Arbitration case number -SCUF/FR/VAR/732/2017, (M/S Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. Versus Madan Lal) and further may be pleased to stay the execution proceeding number as Execution Number-48 of 2019, (M/S Shriram City Union Finance Ltd. Versus Madan Lal) which going on before the court of the District Judge Chandauli."
Against the aforesaid order statutory alternative remedy is available to the petitioner to approach the District Judge as provided under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
In view of the same, no relief could not granted to the petitioner in so far as the present petition is concerned.
The present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of statutory alternative remedy available to the petitioner as stated above.
