Forty five petitioners have filed this present petition challenging seven orders passed by respondent Nos.7 to 13 who are Senior Superintendent of Police posted in different districts. The orders impugned passed in the present petition are seven in number, the first order being dated 27.11.2017 and the last being of 3.4.2018.
By means of the orders impugned, 45 petitioners have been denied benefit of the Government Order dated 4.11.2015 i.e. their claim for grant of promotional pay-scale.
The promotional pay-scale is individual to a person. Moreover, seven orders have been passed in respect of different sets of the petitioners.
In view thereof, this Court cannot permit the petitioners to file a single writ petition challenging the orders ranging from 27.11.2017 till 3.4.2018.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. The petitioners are granted liberty to file fresh writ petitions, individually with correct details.
