Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Additional Chief Judge (Family Court), Kanpur Nagar to expedite the Divorce Suit No.1528 of 2015 under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act (Madan Gopal Narang Vs. Smt. Mona Narang) within a stipulated period.
The case of the petitioner is that due to pendency of divorce petition, petitioner is not in a position to settle his future life properly.
Considering the facts of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the Court below to decide the suit expeditiously, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of the order without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
