THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING IN ‘B’ GROUP, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
O R D E R The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent No.1 to consider the representation dated 28.3.2019 for shifting of the school from Mamballi, Chamarajanagar to Rodalla Banda Camp Village, Remote Rural Village, Lingasugur Taluk by considering the report submitted by the concerned authorities dated 15.10.2019.
2. Learned AGA on instructions would submit that the said representation of the petitioner has been considered and a decision has been taken according sanction for shifting of the school of the petitioner subject to certain conditions. In view of the said decision dated 28.11.2019, the writ petition does not survive for consideration.
3. The said submission is placed on record.
For the aforesaid reasons, the writ petition stands disposed of having rendered infructuous.
