O R D E R Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents.
2. Petitioner herein is impugning the order dated 21.10.2017 (Annexure ‘A’ to the petition) passed by respondent No.1 – Tahasildar, T. Narasipura Taluk, T. Narasipura, in proceedings No.L.N.D.C.R/(B).721/1998-99 rejecting his application in Form No.53 for grant of land measuring to an extent of 03 Acres in Sy. No.60 situate in Nanjapura village, Bannur hobli, T.Narasipura Taluk.
3. As against the impugned order, appeal lies before the Assistant Commissioner under Rule 108-D(6) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Rules, 1966.
4. Hence, this writ petition is premature in nature and accordingly, same is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the appellate authority.
5. Learned Additional Government Advocate is directed to file his memo of appearance within two weeks from today.
