The petitioner who is a regular stage carriage permit holder operating on the route Punathil Bazar - Edavsannappara with stage carriage KL11/P 7812 applied for variation of permit before the 1st respondent. It is his case that the said application has not been disposed of by the 1st respondent till date. 2. I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government pleader appearing for the respondents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, I feel that the writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext.P1 application at the earliest, at any rate, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
