Shaffique, J. Petitioner has approached this Court seeking for police protection to the life and property of the petitioner.

2. A statement has been filed by the 4th respondent inter alia stating that the dispute between the parties is with reference to a pathway through the property in which drainage is constructed now. According to the 4th respondent, there is no law and order situation, whereas they have only civil dispute.

Having regard to the aforesaid fact, we do not think that any order as prayed can be passed in this writ petition and accordingly the same is dismissed.
