JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioner approached the Wakf Board by Ext.P1 original petition No.104 of 2011. This original petition was lodged in the year, 2011. The Wakf Board as per Ext.P2 order dated 27.09.2012 directed the Chief Executive Officer to appoint an auditor to audit the accounts of the first respondent/Jama-ath. Thereafter, petitioner filed an application to implement Ext.P2 order by Ext.P3 order. However, it seems proceedings have not been finalised. Therefore, petitioner approached this Court to expedite and dispose of Ext.P3.
2. Considering the nature of reliefs sought in Ext.P3, there shall be a direction to the Wakf Board to implement Ext.P2 order after hearing the petitioner and affected parties within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
The Writ Petition is disposed of as above.
