The learned Government Pleader appearing for the second respondent submits that the direction contained in the judgment dated 19.12.2013 in W.P.(C) No. 31561 of 2013 has been complied with, passing appropriate orders and the same stands communicated to the petitioner. The factual position is not rebutted from the part of the petitioner. In the said circumstances, no further orders are called for and the contempt matter is closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the orders stated as passed, if detrimental to the rights and interests of the petitioner.
